Warranty Coverage

Lift Steel Structure: Covered for 5 years (60 months).

Hydraulic & Transmission Components: Including the hydraulic cylinder, motor/power unit, hydraulic oil hose, valves, transmission steel rope, chain, screw nuts, axle, sliding blocks, and rollers—covered for 1 year (12 months).
The Warranty does not cover

Failures due to abuse, neglect, or failure to adhere to operating and maintenance instructions.

Damage caused by overloading beyond the product's rated capacity.

Regular maintenance items like lubricants and oil.

Damage from unauthorized attachments, modifications, or improper installation.

Failures due to environmental factors such as rain, humidity, corrosive environments, and improper wiring.

Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality.

Damage from disasters like fire, flood, wind, and lightning.
To make a warranty claim
When making a claim, customers must provide the invoice number along with images, videos, descriptions, or any proof to help identify the defect quickly. Emailed to sales@leveragelifts.com.au
