Warranty Coverage
- Lift Steel Structure: Covered for 5 years (60 months).
- Hydraulic & Transmission Components: Including the hydraulic cylinder, motor/power unit, hydraulic oil hose, valves, transmission steel rope, chain, screw nuts, axle, sliding blocks, and rollers—covered for 1 year (12 months).
The Warranty does not cover
- Failures due to abuse, neglect, or failure to adhere to operating and maintenance instructions.
- Damage caused by overloading beyond the product's rated capacity.
- Regular maintenance items like lubricants and oil.
- Damage from unauthorized attachments, modifications, or improper installation.
- Failures due to environmental factors such as rain, humidity, corrosive environments, and improper wiring.
- Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality.
- Damage from disasters like fire, flood, wind, and lightning.
To make a warranty claim
When making a claim, customers must provide the invoice number along with images, videos, descriptions, or any proof to help identify the defect quickly. Emailed to sales@leveragelifts.com.au
